Así nacen las Rebited Beattapes, un lugar de reflexión en donde el artista y sus bocetos, grabaciones de campo y tantos otros elementos implicados en el diseño sonoro nos cuentan una fábula corta merecedora de tus auriculares y cafés. Merecedora de tu calma y momentos para comprender la historia de lxs otrxs.

Y no podía ser de otra manera, esta nueva andadura la comienza wini two, uno de los emprendedores de este lugar, unión de almas vibrantes por la música, este santuario para el arte hecha con corazón llamado Rebited.

Latinamérica es la purga musical a producciones musicales y radiofónicas, a diseños y a supervisiones culturales que le ocupan. Latinamérica son un montón de borradores sonoros que explican “la experiencia que cambió su norte”, sus años en el Cono Sur.

Nace así una nueva serie marca de la casa como ya lo fue The Saving Soul Mixcrates.

Porque aquí el FOMO no juega. Porque aquí luchamos para que sea cierto que observar sana. Bienvenidx de vuelta.

Latinamerica is a musical sort out from radio, vibe designs and musical productions. Latinamerica is a bunch of sound sketches telling “the experience that changed his north”, his years at Cono Sur. A new serie is born here just like The Saving Soul Mixcrates was.

Pedrag Spasic puede no sonarte a nada si no eres muy futbolerx. Si lo eres recordarás que había un carismático futbolista que pasó sin pena ni gloria en los años 90. También le llamaban Agente Spasic.

Robert Spasik es un disco y un homenaje a las personas anónimas. Un disco que, contra toda buena práctica emprendedora, lo editamos envueltos en romanticismo. Porque son dos chavales de la casa a los que queremos mucho. Y ellos también se quieren porque se juntaron una semana de un verano de 2009 a experimentar con su joven virtud, pasar calor y, sobre todo, divertirse. Y cuando ahora te digamos que son wini two (uno de los papás de esto y tenaz activista musical) y Éter (primera referencia de esta andadura iniciada en 2000 y pico, talentoso multinstrumentista y experimentador sonoro aparte de mimbre de Espacea, otra de nuestras referencias), todo cobrará sentido. Es una fotografía antigua en la ya considerable carrera de los culpables de 2009-2021 que hoy te presentamos.

Pedrag Spasic may not ring a bell to you if you’re not into football. If you are, you’ll remember such a charismatic footballer (almost unnoticed to the public) in the 90’s. He was also referred to as Agent Spasic.

Robert Spasik is also an album and an anonymous people tribute. One which, against all forward thinking, will be edited wrapped in romanticism. Because these are to of our homies we love so much. And they also love each other, for they spent a hot summer week back in 2009 experimenting with their virtues, sweat a lot and mainly and most important, have fun.

And everything will make sense to you if we tell you that these two are wini two (one of the fathers to this and persistent music activist) and Éter (first reference of this path we started in 2000 something, talented multi intrumentalist, sound researcher and also part of Espacea, also one of our references) introducing an old picture in the long-lasting career of this two in this 2009-2021 album.

And maybe that’s why we wanted to keep it at home. Our first archeological task.

Porque este disco es Esperanza, y no es una segunda parte de Manta Ray (Qué disco aquel! No hemos podido evitar referencia), sino esperanza en volver a las canciones llenas de emoción, al cuidado extremo de los detalles, al conjunto de cortes que cuentan una historia que eriza la piel.

Espacea nace de la unión del dúo brasileño afincado en Barcelona Camaleonica y Eter, ya asiduo a venir a casa. Juntos han formado una galaxia única, llena de recovecos donde lo mismo te ves un Fender Jazz Bass, un montón de percusión brasileña o chorretosos órganos de cualquier mercado de pulgas, todo ello bajo la complicidad visual del artista Victor Otero. Todo de aquí o de allí, eso no importa, lo que sí cabe destacar es su belleza.

Un disco que podrías guardar en la misma estantería entre Cartola, Hood o Radiohead. Disfrutar esta edición digital es el primer paso para ello. Step by step, menina.

Espacea is born from the union of the Brazilian duo based in Barcelona Camaleonica and Eter, already a regular to come home. Together they have formed a unique galaxy, full of nooks and crannies where you can see a Fender Jazz Bass, a lot of Brazilian percussion or choppy organs from any flea market, all under the visual complicity of the artist Victor Otero. Everything here or there, that does not matter, what is worth is its beauty.

Porque esse disco é de esperança, e não é uma segunda parte de Manta Ray (Que disco aquele! Nunca poderíamos evitar essa referência). Esperança essa de voltar a escutar canções cheias de emoção, de cuidados com os extremos detalhes, com o conjunto de cortes que contam uma história que deixa a pele arrepiada.

Un álbum que refleja incertidumbre. Infinito y cambiante en cada decisión tomada en su proceso, como si te volvieras loco y creyeras en las realidades paralelas. ILK y nosotros lo creemos. Un álbum que habla del futuro con elementos del pasado.

Ejercicio que pasa por la psicodelia, el jazz, los beats que llenaron cintas, el folk, los paisajes sonoros y El Brazo de Orión. Cosas tan extrañas para los homeproducers como puede ser la composición modal o en escalas no comunes puestas al servicio de una curiosa visión de la sampleadelia y el retorcimiento de la beatconfiguración más inteligente.

No te parece fascinante que registros de cosas tan habituales como piedras hablen de cosas tan complejas como los multiversos? Bueno, tu a lo tuyo, a nosotros sí.

Avisamos que es un disco de escucha atenta, como la suerte de formatos largos que tenemos el orgullo de editar. Piyama es otra bonita banda que pasa por casa a tomarse unas pastas, pero la hace un punto especial porque en sí se parió desde nuestro jardín y lleva por bandera este eclecticismo sin perder el foco.

Ya os los presentamos aquí (REB005) con la misma despreocupación con la que ellos hacen música, y ahora, con este EP#2, sentimos su discurso se hace fuerte a base de grandes historias y producciones.

Piyama is hard to define. It’s not mainstream, although we may love have a onboard yacht summer. Also is not underground, even when they keep beering in parks.

Member of El Gremio with Feo1 and Dj Code; striker of the sadly now disappeared label Supakanja, which gave us hope for a brief time; beat producer for many spanish rappers; participant of the Red Bull Music Academy back in 2006… and keep on going.

If you thought your homemade drums, hell breaks, african solos and other tricks turn you into a pro, you better go grab some chocolate, you are not gonna like this. Pau, a gallant man, has given us his heart making this album, kind of a cinematic portrait. And he is trusting our new project for the delivery.

Nerko es, en la sombra, seguramente uno de los mejores beatmakers que dió el hiphop en España. Componente de El Gremio junto a Feo1 y Dj Code; delantero centro del tristemente desaparecido sello que por un breve momento nos volvió a dar esperanzas: Supakanja; creador de beats para otros tantos raperos chulescos, participante de la RBMA en 2006, … y si quieres, no pares.

Si pensabas que tus baterías artesanales, breaks del infierno, solos africanos y demás tricks que te pegas te hacen un clase, mejor vayas a por chocolate, esto te va a dar mucho bajón. Pau, hombre galán, nos ha abierto su corazón al componer este disco cual retrato cinematográfico y confiar en nuestro ilusionante proyecto para hacer el delivery.

Tanto es así que a tan emocionante horizonte decidimos ponerle un rostro y nos salió un Digital Zapping para gozar el disco del tirón (como los buenos) que a partir de hoy sustituirá a tu mando de la TV para cuando pierdes el tiempo en el sofá. Engánchate a la nueva mierda aquí.
